How it works

At ALLShred we do as much as we can to make the secure shredding of your documents as easy for you as possible.

Purge customers receive an order acknowledgement by e-mail or post that confirms the date and planned time of the visit. When we arrive at your premises we park in the pre-arranged location and the uniformed ALLShred operator who wears a photo ID badge reports to your reception. Your material is loaded into our secure wheelie bins and moved out to the shredding truck where it is weighed on the scales and the weight recorded. Your documents are loaded automatically into the hopper and within seconds the shredded fragments pass into the high security storage vault of the truck.

When your paper shreddi ng is complete, the total weight of material shredded is recorded on the Certificate of Destruction / Controlled Waste Transfer Notes that are signed by ALLShred and the customer.

For Contract customers with a regular service, ALLShred issue a calendar of planned visit dates at the start of each year. At our visits we visit each of the secure lockable cabinets in your offices and empty the contents of the inner sacks into our secure wheelie bins to take your confidential documents out to the truck for shredding. As well as the total weight shredded that is listed on the Certificate of Destruction we can advise on the volume/usage in specific areas to ensure that cabinet location is effective.

The ALLShred truck with the AXO 608 shredder module is one of the fastest On-site shredding machines in the UK with a capacity of 2000 kilos of paper an hour, over twice the speed of many competitors. This means that even large jobs take less time and create fewer emissions.
