Secure Shredding
Keeping your data secure and ensuring its secure destruction is our business, and we take every aspect of our work very seriously.
So much so that ALLShred is the first shredding company in England to achieve NAID AAA Certification, the international gold standard for security and operations. ALLShred Limited is certified for mobile operations on paper and printed media.

ALLShred is a founder member of the National Association for Information Destruction Europe (NAID Europe), the European trade association for companies carrying out the secure shredding of confidential information, and we are committed to the high standards of their codes of conduct and ethics.
ALLShred operate to the British Standard for the Secure Destruction of Confidential Information, BS 8470 published in 2006. The guidelines in the standard cover many of the criteria required for NAID AAA Certification. The audit for NAID AAA Certification is carried out by an independent certified security professional and there are random unannounced audits through the year to ensure that the high standards are maintained.
Staff
All our staff have been security-vetted and need to have passed a minimum ten-year check to BS 7858 standards before they can join the ALLShred team. They have signed confidentiality agreements to protect your information.
All members of our staff arriving on your premises are in the ALLShred uniform and wear a photo-identification badge.
Security
The AXO shredder used by ALLShred produces random shaped fragments rather than strips or regular pieces as from a standard or cross cut shredder.
About 20 million fragments are produced from every tonne of paper shredded which means that around 100 million fragments are unloaded for baling from the full security section of the ALLShred truck.
From the moment the ALLShred high-security vehicle arrives to start on-site shredding until the moment the shredded waste is recycled, your confidential data is kept secure at all times, in full compliance with the Data Protection Act, and avoiding the risk of identity theft and industrial espionage.
